estimated service times, service scheduling, calendars, and on-line
service history. We designed Stripes to help with the details that drive
you crazy.
What
service jobs do I have to do today / this week / next month?
Every awning, furnace,
air conditioner, canopy, lawn & garden, construction machine, pottyhouse,
anything requiring regular maintenance has an attached maintenance calendar
and related information. You set up the service month, week, and service
codes. Stripes creates the Service Tickets from that calendar.
How
long did it take me last year?
Stripes
service history
tracks the actual times for each service job. When Stripes creates Service
Tickets from the maintenance calendar, it uses last year's actual time
for the current year's estimated times.
Who
do I call to schedule the work
Every service site
has a contact person and contact information that appears on every Service
Ticket.
Do
I have special instructions to remember for this job?
Every service site
has it's own notepad. Use it to include directions for your crew, to
note special instructions for service performance, or to provide additional
information about the job.
Next
week is a disaster. I must reschedule some jobs.
